Refund Policy
What You Are Buying
TZUR Wallet for Windows is a one-time purchase. It grants a licence to install and use the application on a single computer. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.
Digital Content
TZUR Wallet is digital content supplied by download. Access to the download is provided to you immediately after your purchase is completed.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you ordinarily have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within fourteen (14) days.
Because the application is supplied immediately as a download, you are asked, at checkout, to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the withdrawal period expires. By giving that consent and starting the download, you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that supply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or if you experienced a problem with your purchase or download, contact us at contact@tzur.live. Describe the issue and include the email address used for the purchase. We review every request and will respond promptly.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under your local law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract.
