Digital software
TZUR Wallet Desktop is a downloadable digital software product sold as a one-time license for one computer. It is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
Final sale after delivery
Because this is digital software that is made available for immediate download, your purchase is final and non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled, once the digital product, license key, activation details, or download access has been delivered or made available to you, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
EU/EEA consumers: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content. At checkout you will be asked to expressly request that download access begins immediately and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose this right of withdrawal once the download has been provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to back up a wallet, user error, loss of a recovery phrase, incorrect wallet usage, Bitcoin network fees, Bitcoin network congestion, transaction delays, transaction mistakes, or any cryptocurrency or network issues outside our control.
Self-custody reminder
TZUR Wallet Desktop is non-custodial. We do not hold your keys, recovery phrase, or bitcoin, and we cannot reverse Bitcoin transactions or recover lost funds or recovery phrases.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
