Terms of Use
Introduction
TZUR for Agents is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet application that you run on your computer to generate, store, and manage your own Bitcoin private keys, and that authorized AI agents can operate on your behalf under permissions you define. It exposes a separate "operational" wallet (which you fund) to an AI agent over a local interface, under a scoped-permission, owner-approval, and policy layer, with a live supervision cockpit and a tamper-evident local audit log.
By downloading, installing, or using TZUR for Agents, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Non-Custodial Wallet
TZUR for Agents is a non-custodial wallet. Private keys are generated and stored locally on your computer using your operating system's secure random generator. TZUR for Agents does not have access to your private keys and does not control or hold user funds. Blocksight OÜ cannot access, freeze, or move your Bitcoin.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the use of the wallet and the management of your Bitcoin, including any actions you authorize an AI agent to perform on your behalf and any policy or allowance you configure. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast to the network.
Agent Operation
TZUR for Agents lets you grant AI agents a scoped, revocable ability to operate the operational wallet. You control what each agent may do through default-deny permissions, spending limits, recipient allowlists, and approval requirements that you set; an agent is limited to the scopes you grant and cannot perform an action it was not given. Agents never have access to your seed phrase or private keys; no such capability exists in the agent interface.
Spending is off by default and resets off whenever the application restarts. An agent cannot move funds unless you approve a specific payment, or the payment falls within an allowance you have explicitly enabled. Per-payment approval is given by a present-user Windows Hello gesture and produces a single-use authorization bound to that payment's parameters; if any parameter changes after approval, the authorization is rejected. Where an allowance applies, the payment must fit the envelope you set (per-transaction cap, daily cap, recipient allowlist, and approval threshold); anything outside that envelope falls back to your approval.
These controls stop an agent from moving funds without your authorization or outside the policy you set. They do not, and cannot, stop a compromised, mistaken, or manipulated agent from proposing a payment. You must verify the payment details that the wallet itself renders, not the agent's description of them, before you approve. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize an agent to perform, and you may revoke any agent's access at any time. Signing and broadcasting always occur locally on your computer.
Third-Party AI Agents and Clients
TZUR for Agents does not include, provide, or operate an AI agent. You choose and connect your own AI agent or Model Context Protocol (MCP) client (for example, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or any other MCP client). That agent and client are third-party products supplied by their own providers.
Blocksight OÜ does not provide, control, host, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party AI agent or client you connect, and does not control its behavior, outputs, terms, privacy practices, pricing, or availability. Your use of that third-party product is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which you accept directly with the provider. You are solely responsible for selecting your agent, for what you instruct and authorize it to do, and for the consequences of those instructions and authorizations.
Agent Access Tokens
Each agent connects to the wallet using a per-agent bearer token that you issue from within the application. This token is a bearer credential: anyone who holds it can operate that agent within the scopes you granted, until you revoke it. You are responsible for protecting each token and for keeping it confidential. Do not share, expose, or transmit a token to any party you do not intend to grant agent access. You may revoke any token at any time, after which it can no longer be used to operate the wallet. Blocksight OÜ is not responsible for actions taken by anyone who obtains a token you failed to protect.
Autonomous Allowances
You may, at your option, enable an allowance that lets an agent make payments that fit an envelope you define, without a separate approval for each payment. If you enable an allowance, you are solely responsible for configuring its parameters sensibly, including the per-transaction cap, daily cap, recipient allowlist, and approval threshold. Blocksight OÜ provides these controls as described but does not assess, validate, or take responsibility for your risk choices, and is not responsible for payments that an agent makes within an allowance you enabled. Allowances are optional; if you enable none, every payment requires your per-payment approval. The daily-spend ledger persists across restarts.
Seed Phrase Responsibility
During wallet creation, TZUR for Agents generates a recovery seed phrase. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if your computer is lost or damaged. TZUR for Agents cannot recover the seed phrase. The recovery phrase is shown with screen-capture protection, but you remain responsible for backing it up securely offline.
No Account or Data Storage
TZUR for Agents does not create user accounts and does not store wallet information on servers. All wallet data is stored locally on your computer. No agent instructions, drafts, approvals, or audit records are sent to Blocksight OÜ.
Local Agent Interface
Agents connect to the wallet over a local loopback interface on your computer (a service bound to 127.0.0.1 that does not accept connections from the public internet). Each agent authenticates with its per-agent bearer token. No agent instructions, wallet data, key material, approvals, or audit records are sent to TZUR servers as part of agent operation.
Audit Log
TZUR for Agents maintains a tamper-evident, append-only, hash-chained audit log of agent activity, sealed at rest on your computer using Windows DPAPI and viewable live in the application. The audit log is stored locally on your computer; it is not immutable and is not stored off the device. A factory reset clears it.
Analytics
TZUR for Agents collects no usage analytics by default. Analytics are strictly opt-in and remain off unless you explicitly enable them in Settings. If enabled, analytics are anonymous and do not include wallet addresses, balances, transaction amounts, seed phrases, private keys, agent instructions, approvals, audit records, or personal identity. You can turn analytics off again at any time in Settings. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy.
Bitcoin Transactions
TZUR for Agents allows transactions to be broadcast to the Bitcoin network. All transactions are final once confirmed by the network. Balances and chain data are obtained from untrusted Electrum servers used only as data providers and from public BlockSight chain data; synchronization may lag or fail, so balances are not guaranteed to be real-time or complete. Signing and broadcasting always occur locally.
Application Scope
TZUR for Agents allows users and authorized agents to send and receive Bitcoin only. The application does not support cryptocurrency mining, lending, staking, yield, money transmission, custody, or financial advisory services. The ability to authorize agents does not change this scope. Blocksight OÜ is not a broker, exchange, money-services business, money transmitter, custodian, or investment adviser, and provides no financial, investment, or tax advice.
Exchange Features
TZUR for Agents may offer optional exchange features. These features are gated and are not active until you configure a third-party exchange. If you use them, you transact directly with that third-party exchange under its own terms, and Blocksight OÜ is not a party to the trade and is not a broker, exchange, money-services business, or investment adviser. Any exchange API credentials you provide are sealed within the application and are never reachable by an agent. Each order still requires the same owner approval as any other movement of funds. You are responsible for your dealings with any third-party exchange you choose.
Cryptocurrency Risks
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and cryptocurrency values are volatile. Users assume full responsibility for the use of the wallet.
Sanctions and Export Control
TZUR for Agents may not be used by, or for the benefit of, persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions or export-control laws, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations. By using the application, you represent that you are not located in or acting on behalf of any country, region, person, or entity subject to such sanctions.
Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of Bitcoin in your applicable jurisdiction. TZUR for Agents does not provide tax advice.
No Deposit Insurance
Bitcoin held through TZUR for Agents is not covered by any government deposit-protection scheme, including the EU Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive, the United States Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, or any equivalent national programme. The non-custodial design means your Bitcoin is held by you on your computer, not by a financial institution.
Distribution and Licence
TZUR for Agents for Windows is distributed as a direct download from tzur.live. Your purchase is a one-time licence to install and use the application on a single computer at a price of USD $119; it is not a subscription. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. These Terms of Use govern your use of the application. Refunds and your right of withdrawal are set out in the Refund Policy.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use TZUR for Agents. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the application only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The application is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 13.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. The conditions under which this right applies, and the consequences of starting to use the application before the withdrawal period expires, are described in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Blocksight OÜ provides the wallet and its permission, approval, policy, and audit controls as described in these Terms. You are responsible for configuring those controls, for protecting your tokens and recovery phrase, for choosing and instructing any third-party agent, and for verifying and approving each payment the wallet renders to you.
TZUR for Agents is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blocksight OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for loss of funds, computer failure, user mistakes, your configuration of permissions or allowances, the actions of any agent you authorize, the conduct or availability of any third-party AI agent, MCP client, or exchange, third-party attacks, payments you approved after reviewing the details the wallet rendered, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
Consumer Rights Reservation
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under your local law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract. The limitations of liability above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission operates an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Blocksight OÜ does not commit to participating in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
Jurisdiction and Accessibility
TZUR for Agents is a self-custody software tool. It does not transmit, custody, or control user funds. Language and currency support is provided for accessibility purposes only and does not constitute solicitation of users in any particular country or jurisdiction. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
