Software Purpose
TZUR for Agents is a non-custodial, Bitcoin-only Windows desktop application that allows you, and the AI agents you authorize, to interact with the Bitcoin network. It holds a separate "operational" wallet that you fund, and exposes that wallet to an AI agent over a local, loopback-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, under a scoped-permission, owner-approval, and policy layer.
The application does not provide financial services, investment advice, tax advice, brokerage, trading, exchange, money transmission, or custody of digital assets. TZUR for Agents is not a broker, exchange, money-services business, money transmitter, custodian, or investment adviser. It is software you run on your own computer.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the management and security of your Bitcoin, including the protection of your recovery seed phrase, the protection of any bearer token you issue to an agent, and any actions performed by an agent you authorize within the permissions you have granted. TZUR for Agents cannot access, recover, or reset your seed phrase or private keys. Because the application is non-custodial and your keys are generated and stored locally on your computer, Blocksight OÜ cannot access, freeze, or move your funds, and cannot reverse, recover, or undo a transaction on your behalf.
Agent Actions
You are responsible for configuring agent permissions, spending limits, and approvals appropriately. Permissions are default-deny: an agent is limited to the scopes you grant and cannot name an action it was not given. Spending is off by default and resets off on every restart. Moving funds requires either a per-payment approval that you provide through a present-user Windows Hello gesture, or a payment that fits an allowance you explicitly enabled (per-transaction cap, daily cap, recipient allowlist, approval threshold); anything outside that envelope falls back to your approval.
You should review the permissions you grant and the agents you connect. You remain responsible for what you instruct and authorize.
Third-Party AI Agents
TZUR for Agents does not include, provide, or run an AI agent. You bring your own AI agent or MCP client (for example, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or any other MCP client). That agent is a third-party product operated by, or on behalf of, a third party.
Blocksight OÜ does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party AI agent or its provider, including the AI's behavior, outputs, decisions, outages, availability, changes, security, or data handling. Your use of a third-party AI agent is subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, and availability, which you accept directly with that provider. You are responsible for choosing which agent to connect, for what you instruct or authorize it to do, and for protecting the per-agent bearer token you issue to it.
No Protection Against Deception
The controls in TZUR for Agents stop an agent from moving funds without your authorization or outside the policy you set. They do not, and cannot, prevent a compromised, manipulated, or mistaken agent from proposing a payment that you might then approve.
When you approve a payment, you must verify the payment details that the wallet renders on your own screen, not the words or summary provided by the agent. The recipient address, amount, and fee shown by the wallet are the details that will be signed and broadcast; an approval token is bound to those parameters, and any post-approval change is rejected. Approving a payment is your decision and your responsibility. TZUR for Agents cannot protect you against a payment you choose to approve, including one proposed by a deceived or malicious agent.
Exchange Features
Any exchange-related functionality is optional and disabled by default. It is not active until you configure a third-party exchange. If you choose to enable and use it, you transact directly with that third-party exchange under its own terms and pricing, and TZUR for Agents is not a party to the trade. Each order still requires the same owner approval as any other fund movement, and any exchange API credentials you provide are sealed within the application and are never reachable by an agent.
TZUR for Agents provides no financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing in the application is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Exchange availability, pricing, execution, and outcomes are the responsibility of the third-party exchange, not Blocksight OÜ.
Network Data
TZUR for Agents relies on third-party Electrum servers and public chain data as untrusted data providers only; signing and broadcast always happen locally on your computer. Displayed balances and synchronization status may lag, be incomplete, or be temporarily unavailable, and are not guaranteed to reflect the network in real time. Always confirm details before relying on them.
Transaction Finality
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Loss of a recovery seed phrase may result in permanent loss of access to funds. Always verify addresses and amounts, as rendered by the wallet, before approving a transaction.
No Warranty
TZUR for Agents is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocksight OÜ is not liable for loss of funds, computer failure, user error, the actions or inaction of any AI agent or third-party AI provider you authorize, the actions of any third-party exchange, or third-party attacks. Use of the software is at your own risk.
