Accessibility Statement
Commitment to Accessibility
TZUR is committed to ensuring that the TZUR for Agents desktop application for Windows is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe every person deserves equal access to self-custody Bitcoin, regardless of ability.
Operator
The TZUR for Agents application is published by Blocksight OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17474529), registered at Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia (European Union).
Compliance Standard
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our technical baseline. This is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which applies to consumer financial services in the European Union. For our users in Israel, this statement also aligns with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 5773-2013, which likewise adopt WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Conformance Methodology
We assess the application against WCAG 2.1 Level AA using a combination of automated checks and manual testing with the Windows Narrator screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, operating-system text scaling, and high-contrast settings. Reviews are repeated whenever a substantive UI change ships.
Accessibility Features in the App
TZUR for Agents is built as a native desktop application. The following features are supported:
- Keyboard navigation: interactive controls are reachable and operable with the keyboard.
- Text scaling: text respects the operating system's text-size and display-scaling settings.
- Reduce Motion: drifting backgrounds and starfields honour the operating system's reduce-motion setting.
- Screen reader support: interactive controls expose localized labels for use with the Windows Narrator screen reader. Decorative animations and images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Agent supervision surfaces: the owner-facing supervision controls — the payment approval queue, the live agent-activity view, and the tamper-evident audit log — expose labelled, keyboard-reachable controls, and their accessibility coverage is being actively expanded.
Known Limitations
Some visualizations (the BlockSight chain and live block timers) are decorative and fall back to baseline labels; the underlying data (price, fees, block heights, balances) is always exposed as text. We continue to review the application for accessibility and welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.
Feedback and Contact
If you experience accessibility issues or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at contact@tzur.live. We take accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond within 14 working days. Where a reported issue is confirmed, we publish a remediation timeline alongside the response.
Scope
This statement applies to the TZUR for Agents desktop application for Windows. A separate accessibility statement for the TZUR website (tzur.live) is available at tzur.live/legal/accessibility.
