Terms of Use | TZUR Wallet
Introduction
TZUR Wallet is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet application designed to allow users to generate, store, and manage their own Bitcoin private keys directly on their device.
By downloading, installing, or using TZUR Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Non-Custodial Wallet
TZUR Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. Private keys are generated and stored locally on your device. TZUR Wallet does not have access to your private keys and does not control or hold user funds.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the use of the wallet and the management of your Bitcoin. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast to the network.
Seed Phrase Responsibility
During wallet creation, TZUR Wallet generates a recovery seed phrase. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if the device is lost or damaged. TZUR Wallet cannot recover the seed phrase.
No Account or Data Storage
TZUR Wallet does not create user accounts and does not store wallet information on servers. All wallet data is stored locally on the user's device.
Analytics
TZUR Wallet may collect anonymous usage analytics if enabled by the user. Analytics do not include wallet addresses, balances, transaction amounts, seed phrases, private keys, or personal identity. Users can disable analytics at any time in Settings. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy.
Bitcoin Transactions
TZUR Wallet allows users to broadcast transactions to the Bitcoin network. All transactions are final once confirmed by the network.
Application Scope
TZUR Wallet allows users to send and receive Bitcoin only. The application does not support cryptocurrency mining, in-app purchases with cryptocurrency, buying or selling Bitcoin, or asset exchanges.
Cryptocurrency Risks
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and cryptocurrency values are volatile. Users assume full responsibility for the use of the wallet.
Sanctions and Export Control
TZUR Wallet may not be used by, or for the benefit of, persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions or export-control laws, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations. By using the application, you represent that you are not located in or acting on behalf of any country, region, person, or entity subject to such sanctions, and that your use of the application complies with all applicable export-control restrictions.
Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of Bitcoin, including but not limited to capital gains tax, income tax, and reporting obligations, in your applicable jurisdiction. TZUR Wallet does not provide tax advice.
No Deposit Insurance
Bitcoin held through TZUR Wallet is not covered by any government deposit-protection scheme, including the EU Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive (2014/49/EU), the United States Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, or any equivalent national programme. The non-custodial design of TZUR Wallet means your Bitcoin is held by you on your device, not by a financial institution.
End User License Agreement
TZUR Wallet is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms of Use supplement Apple's standard EULA. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA on a matter that affects your statutory rights as a consumer, Apple's standard EULA shall apply.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use TZUR Wallet. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the application only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The application is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 13.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within fourteen (14) days. By downloading TZUR Wallet, generating a wallet, or otherwise commencing use of the application, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal in respect of that supply. Refunds for the App Store purchase are processed by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
TZUR Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blocksight OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for loss of funds, device failure, user mistakes, third-party attacks, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
Consumer Rights Reservation
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under your local law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract. The limitations of liability described above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. For consumers in the European Union, the protections of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and your member-state implementing law remain in force regardless of the choice of law clause below.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission operates an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Blocksight OÜ does not commit to participating in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
Jurisdiction and Accessibility
TZUR Wallet is a self-custody software tool. It does not transmit, custody, or control user funds. Language and currency support is provided for accessibility purposes only and does not constitute solicitation of users in any particular country or jurisdiction. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. TZUR Wallet is operated by Blocksight OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17474529, registered at Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia).
